Structure/Frame

STRUCTURE
We use PVC materials that allow for planing and tacker fixing, wrapped in condensed molding and PVC deco sheets, to provide a variety of wooden designs and colors that better respond to customer needs.
FRAME
Surface : Used diverse color PVC materials for a clear and humidity-resistant surface Reinforcement rod : Reinforcement rod used to maintain screw tightening at the hinges and durability of the door during opening/closing of the door Doorframe : high-tech ABS product with options of planing, chiseling, welding, wrapping, and surface coloring Door finish: Door finish attached for decorative effects according to customer demand, consisting of various finishing materials Armature : integrated steel-plate armature used to reinforce the mechanical strength of the doorframe

Installation process

Securing the doorframe
Plumment Fixed rod
  • 1) On the wall surface designated for the door, mark the exact installation position using the standard trace lines.
  • 2) Set the exact location and use a wedge to temporarily fix the location.
  • 3) Finish the area of the doorframe.
  • 4) Confirm the horizontal, vertical balance and install at least 3 fixed rods.

  • 1) Use a straight anchor to attach frame to the wall.
  • 2) Secure the doorframe on the wall (at least 3 on the left and right, 1 on top) using straight anchors.

  • 1) Secure the hinges with tacker.
